Gordon Building Dave, the builder, looks after you for the entire building project, from the selection process to the contract signing right through to the handover.  This means that you get to know and trust Dave, before any contracts are signed.  Dave then personally manages and supervises your entire building project.  He controls the quality of every stage of construction , ensuring a polished finish that meets his and your high expectations.

D.R. Gordon Building is not a volume builder.  It is  large in experience and professionalism , but small enough to provide personalized service and quality product.  D.R. Gordon keeps their workload down so that quality workmanship and a polished finish is guaranteed.

Floor plans, ours or yours
A large range of ready designed floor plans and facades are available to choose from at D.R. Gordon Building.  Floor plans can be adjusted and paired with any façade to suit your own needs, preferences and budget.  Of course D.R. Gordon Building is also happy to build from your own customized plan.

Flexibility in inclusions
You can choose your inclusions from the D.R. Gordon Building Classic or Ultra range.  Alternatively, you can mix the two ranges and choose from both.  Further more you can choose outside the ultra and classic range with your own inclusions.  The main idea is that you end up with a home that suits your likes and budget.

Gordon Building showroom is a must see for anyone considering building.  Located in the heart of Ballarat, this showroom provides a comfortable  and inviting space to inspect the quality and choices that make up the Classic and Ultra inclusion ranges.  Should you build with D.R. Gordon Building, all your selections can be made in the showroom, saving you the time and stress of running around town to numerous suppliers.

Honest all inclusive pricing
Most people want to know upfront what  a complete home will cost with all of the inclusions.  Rather than leave items off the inclusion list to make the entry price of the home appear less expensive, D.R. Gordon Building gives you the price of the complete home.  The only items to later add are the landscaping, window furnishing and concreting.  These items can of course be added to the contract, once the selections are made.  Have a look at the Classic and Ultra inclusions lists.

D.R. Gordon Building has an experience interior decorator to help you choose the right combination of colours and products for your home.  We also have a range of colour boards on display, using the newest looks and products,  that you can simply select from.
